PERSONAL: Back to Reality

7.5.12

Only God knows how long I've been away. It's been a pretty busy month for me. Plenty of ups and downs but in the end I made it through. The only way for me to really give you an idea of what's been happening is through photos. For the most part I tried documenting every thing so it would be easier than writing three to four paragraphs about every event and detail of my life. If you're following my tumblr, twitter, or instagram (zabbbeyyy) you'll get much more frequent images and updates of what I'm doing. My blog has always been a place where I share my life when it's most natural to me. I try not to force myself to write because it then feels like work all over again.

Hope you enjoyed all these pictures. I had a great time with my family and friends from back at home. I was really stressed and needed time away. Now that I'm back to NYC I'm ready to get back to reality.

PERSONAL: Graduation + Love

21.12.11

As one door closes another one opens. I am finally an alumni of The Art Institute of Charlotte!! Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Marketing I can now say that I am fuh-reeeeeeee(free)! These past three and half years have been amazing and have become the most influential years of my life. Everything from friendships, college parties, drunken nights, and crazy times will be forever cherished. I thank my mother and father for giving me the opportunity to pursue my dreams. Without them I would be nothing. I will especially miss my friends but I know we will k.i.t It's time to put our education to work. I wish the Class of 2011 well!

Day 6:HLUB Photobooth

7.2.11

I'm a day late on this post. I went home for a day to celebrate both my brothers birthdays. One is 17 and the other is 19. I haven't been home since Christmas so I was pretty excited. My mom and I cooked some egg rolls for dinner. I bought an Oreo cake and we had a good time. Recently I just got my Mac laptop and I didn't get the time to share with my parents the quality and prestige of having a Mac.

And I introduced them to photobooth...

We took some lovely family portraits. I think it's funny how closely each picture resembles the character in us.

Loud mouth sister (me)

Loopy Brother (He can be a little slow at times but I still love him)

The Jokester (My dad is always cracking jokes)

Nosy little brother. (The 17 yr. old)

Over weight Mother (She isn't over weight, she just cooks a lot)

In-your-face brother (He turned 19. He can get in your face. In a good way)

On the other hand here is a simple family portrait.
