Entourage: King Midos + Touch of Gold

I grew up watching a television show called Wishbone. I remember one episode that told the tale of King Midos. To make things short everything that King Midos touched turned to gold. I've never been able to play with gold flakes before but after seeing all these images it's making me want to experiment. I was planning to do a beauty shoot soon just to showcase makeup in interesting ways. I guess I gotta hit the craft store.

Risk Taker: Olsen babies

I grew up with these girls. Funniest childhood memory: me jumping up and down trying to catch the signal to watch Full House. My obsession led me to having a large collection of their books and movies. I was literally bonkers for anything that had Olsen twins plastered on it. I've always considered them my long lost sisters. (Only girl in the family) Of course I look to them for inspiration in my career and style. One thing I adore about these two is the fact that they are one of the few petite celebs who can pull off anything. Whether their dress is torn to shreds and dragging the ground they continue to go on their day. Bucket list: Meet them and chat. (And of course I would die)

A great hat can do wonders for an outfit. On this day I need one last *bling* (as I call it) to complete my look. A couple weeks ago I purchased this bowler hat for a Charlie Chaplin inspired photo shoot. Since it was just laying around I plopped it on my head and wah-la, MAGIC. Every where I went I was constantly getting compliments on this hat. It was so worth the purchase. Totally satisfied. The necklace is actually one from my Claire's video haul.

Entourage: Long hair, don't care.

Short hair has been really trendy lately. But I've also noticed that long locks that appear as if you haven't bathed in a few days are sexy as well. I was always curious if people actually didn't wash their hair to give it that look. This look is great if you're having a bad hair day. I usually apply a small portion of hair mousse lightly through my hair. Tease lightly and then run my fingers through real quick.

Summer hits me in the pants.

The one thing that irritates me during the Summer time is pants. I dislike the heat wave in the area between my thighs. Most of the time you'll always see me in skirts. So far my Summer has started off pretty well. I'm actually able to sleep in and get some cleaning done. In the next few days I'm hoping to film another vlog. The image below was taken for a repurposing project that was completed in one of my classes. Ashley Gilbert was my model.

Runway Fever: Geometric Alliance

Finals are here and I'm hoping to do more things when I have some free time. Still looking for an internship. It has kind of crossed my mind that maybe it'll be better if I just finish here in Charlotte and then move. Maybe this isn't what is best for me even though I wanted it for so long. TIme is of the essence. Besides my life I've always been obsessed with shapes. My logo is a circle and I always design with shapes. Maybe I'm just a weirdo like that. ha.

Entourage: Buzzzzzzz

On Cinco De Mayo I'm sure everyone was completely trashed. I was at home sipping on wine and cleaning my room. Too bad my room wasn't finished cause I decided to make a drastic change. I've been wanting to shave my head for a while but I could not let go of my long locks. I've been trying to grow them out so they'll cover my boobs. lol So to keep the best of both worlds I just decided to shave half my head. Thanks to Derrek Turner for doing the honors. Pretty daring, pretty risky, but life goes on.
