Day 28: HLUB florals

28.2.11

This is the last day of February. So this marks the end of my HLUB posts. I will continue to post things I love though. It just won't be labeled as Day **

I have a photo shoot coming up this Sunday I can't wait to share with you all the results. I'm still working on so many things right now. I will be graduating soon.

But just wanted to post a new look. I'm a HLUB-er of floral prints. I cannot stop obsessing over them. I don't care if it's Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter.

The detail is to die for. Kill me now.

Day 26: HLUB hittn' it in the Mornin'

26.2.11

I don't cook an extravagant breakfast very often so when I had the chance I was stoked. Most times I just grab a tangerine and head out but this was different type of morning. Or should I say moannnin'.

So I fried some bacon. Crispy! Then I scrambled some eggs. Buttered an english muffin and popped it in the oven for a few minutes until it was brown. I added spinach on the side for a small light salad. But I also put it on the english muffin too! Just garnished the plate with a few slices of my favorite tangerines.

Simple easy breakfast.

Day 25: HLUB Tilapia

25.2.11

I've been craving some fish lately. I didn't have the time to go fishing so I headed to Wally World for tilapia. Tilapia is pretty lean. Not knowing how to cook tilapia I googled some recipes. I found four really easy ones. Click here. I tried the lemon garlic recipe last night and it was great. I'm so ready to try the others.

Random ingredients. lol

I need a butter knife =/

Washing the fish.

Yay for flavor!

In the oven they go =) My glasses got foggy.

My friend Ivry recommended rice pilaf and green beans for sides. I opted for the rice pilaf. HMMMMMM

Smelled so goodddddd. HLUB the smell of this.

YUMMY The rice was perfect. Not too soft and not too hard.

Spinach for salad. Along with Pinot Grigio to "enhance" our taste buds. lol

As you can see the MacBook kept us company.

VOILA. MI AMOR. I plated of course. Like my asian plates?

Simply beautiful.

Close up on my dish.

He gave me an A.

This how happy we were. He is on the left and I'm on the right. MEOW!

Day 24: HLUB smex appeal

24.2.11

These days being "sexy" doesn't mean you have to be naked. This dress was thrifted. I instantly thought of Rachel Zoe. I've seen her wear something similar to this before.

Day 23: HLUB Sunny days

The weather has been happy lately. That makes me a happy gal. I've been feeling kinda down lately so this really cheers me up. I'm apologize for my chipped half moon manicure. Cheap nail polish. I was too lazy to shave and that's why I wore the leggings. lol

Day 22: HLUB Crimpyyy hair

22.2.11

So my friend came to visit me and her hair was crimped. I haven't always been a fan of the style but I guess it depends on the way it's styled. Anyways I found this editorial spread and I fell in love. I might be sportin' this soon.

Day 20: HLUB being a dreamer

Lissy Elle is ahhh-mazing.

This teenage photographer has the skills of a veteran. I HLUB the symbolic images. They bring back those innocent child hood memories.

I'm tired of eating the same thing every day so I decided to switch it up a little. First time making tacos! It was awesome. Tasted HLUBly.
